What type of files do you accept for data transfer? Any
type of flat file such as Dbase III, Delimited ASCII or Fixed
Field ASCII.
How are files transferred? Files may be transferred via
Internet downloads, BBS Pickup, FTP Transmissions, Email, zip disk
or CD Rom.
What types of reports will I receive? ThreeSource's
uniquely customized and integrated software system is capable of producing reports in major categories such
as Inventory Analysis, Product Sales, Source Analysis and
Transaction Audit. Each of the major categories has sub categories
which results in over 100 different standard reports that are
available to our clients.
What if there are no standard reports that fit my needs?
ThreeSource can create customized reports to meet almost any need.
How often will I receive reports? ThreeSource can
provide reports daily, weekly or monthly depending on the client's
needs.
If I want to check my inventory levels after business hours,
how can I do so? You can check inventory levels, status of an
order and other important information from anywhere that you have
access to the Internet. With a pre-assigned password you may enter
our system through our website to view this data 24/7.
How am I charged for customer service calls? ThreeSource
charges a monthly fee per 800 number per month. Calls are billed
by the minute for actual connect time. ThreeSource does not charge
for calls in queue.
How do I know how efficiently calls are answered by customer
service? Our PrairieFyre Phone System can provide up to the minute
statistics for any day, week, month or year. The report tells how
many calls were offered and how many were answered. Additional
statistics provide the average time to answer, the average call
length, calls that were lost and calls that were interflowed to
our answering service.
What payment methods are you capable of processing?
ThreeSource is able to process credit cards, checks, money orders
and check debit payments. If there is a high price point we are
also able to provide installment billing.
How will I know if there are customer concerns or
complaints? ThreeSource can set up service tracks based on the
client's needs. Some common service tracks deal with
returns/exchanges, credit/rebill, cancellation of order or simply
a service track that deals with any issues that caused any
problems for the customer.
What is the best way to ship my product? There are a
number of factors to consider such as cost, ability to track the
package and delivery service level. ThreeSource will work with you
to find the ship method to best meet your needs.
How am I charged for storing my product?ThreeSource
charges per pallet per month. Bulk storage is billed bi-weekly so
that our clients are not charged for pallets that were in the
warehouse at the beginning of the month but not there at the
middle of the month. Additionally, ThreeSource consolidates
pallets when possible to help reduce client's expense.
I want to send a direct mailing to my customer base. Can
ThreeSource help me in this area? Absolutely. Our software
system allows us to pull data utilizing any number of parameters
such as date range, frequency of purchase and order size. Once the
database is established, we then use our CASS certified software
for postal presorts to minimize direct mailing costs. You will
also find our letter shop pricing very competitive when it comes
to ink jetting the addresses onto your mail piece.
